I had the absolute pleasure of working with Kaiya for Zoe and Trevor’s wedding at Grace Cathedral and the Fairmont San Francisco. This was a large, detail-filled celebration with multiple locations, outfit changes, entertainment, and an after-party, and Kaiya handled every moving piece with complete calm and confidence. She anticipated what was needed before anyone had to ask and made sure Zoe and Trevor could genuinely enjoy their celebration. I am SO glad that we entrusted Kaiya with our event and room block management. She negotiated and secured a great room block, led communications with vendors and a challenging venue team, and even procured a last-minute rain tent three days before the wedding so we could still use the entire venue space we paid for. She advised me through a sticky personal guest situation that resulted in a totally peaceful wedding day. I didn't see much of Kaiya on the wedding day — but I DID see our vision come fully to life. Kaiya truly allowed me to be a guest at my own party and I am SO grateful for that.

If I could give Kaiya more than five stars, I would. I threw an absolutely over-the-top amount of details, ideas, and moving pieces at her, and somehow she handled every single one without ever making me feel like I was too much. She was incredibly organized, proactive, and calm from beginning to end, and multiple other vendors even went out of their way to tell me how impressed they were with how on top of everything she was. Because of Kaiya, I actually got to enjoy my own wedding instead of worrying whether everything was being handled — she took all the chaos I handed her and made it feel seamless. I would choose her again and again.

Kaiya and her team were absolutely incredible, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. She took the time to understand not just the logistics, but also what mattered to us personally, and she consistently helped turn a very complicated weekend into something that felt calm and manageable. I’m someone who cares deeply about details, and by the time the wedding arrived, I genuinely felt that I could hand things over to Kaiya and know they would be taken care of.
